Following conditions of sale apply:
Terms of Sale

All items are offered subject to prior sale.
Postage and packing is charged at cost and is in addition to the quoted price.
Any order is subject to our normal terms of business, whereby title to any goods does not transfer from the seller until payment is received in full, and is made under English law.
Methods of payment accepted:
Overseas customers: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), US dollar check, PayPal, or international money order made out in UK sterling, money order in US dollars, money order in euros
UK customers: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or cheque.
Return policy;
We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of collation or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, we refund the cost of the book in full, plus the cost of outward shipping, plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.

Antiquarian "The Minstrel" reserves the right, without giving a reason not to proceed to delivery.
Internet orders will be confirmed by email to the customer.
All books are complete, at least in good condition and fully described, inclusive all defects. This does not include minor defects such as signature on first page or light damages of cover which is common for used books.
By placing an order you agree to proceed with the terms of sale.
Orders are processed in order of receipt.
All prices and descriptions are subject to errors or changes.
Sending products to the buyer's risk.
All books remain the property of Antiquarian “De Minstreel” until paid for.

Price
Prices are in net amounts and in euro’s. VAT will not be charged.

Shipping
The shipping takes place directly after payment.
Shipping costs: depending on weight total order

Return policy
Any items held to be unsatisfactory may be returned within 14 days of receipt, providing such returns are notified to us in advance.

Internet bestellingen worden per email bevestigd aan de klant.
Kleine gebreken of beschadigingen die normaal zijn bij gebruikte en/of antiquarische boeken worden niet vermeld. U kunt hierbij denken aan naam op schutblad, kleine vouwen, verkleuringen en aantekeningen.
Door een bestelling te plaatsen geeft u aan akkoord te gaan met de leveringsvoorwaarden.
Bestellingen worden op volgorde van binnenkomst behandeld.
Alle genoemde bedragen en omschrijvingen zijn onder voorbehoud van fouten of wijzigingen.
Het verzenden van producten is voor risico van de koper.
Bestellingen blijven eigendom van Antiquariaat “De Minstreel“ totdat volledige betaling heeft plaatsgevonden.

Prijzen zijn in euro’s.

Verzendkosten
Verzendkosten worden vastgesteld op basis van gewicht. Aankoopbedrag hoger dan 50 euro: gratis verzending binnen Nederland

Levering
Bestellingen worden uitgeleverd inclusief factuur. Vervolgens krijgt u 14 dagen de tijd om de rekening per bank te voldoen.

Retour zenden van muziek
Het kan voorkomen dat de geleverde muziek niet voldoet aan uw verwachting. De muziek kunt u retourneren binnen de termijn van 14 dagen. Vervolgens storten wij het aankoopbedrag terug.

Die Online-Darstellung unseres Antiquariatsbestandes stellt kein bindendes Vertragsangebot dar. Indem der Kunde eine Bestellung an uns schickt, gibt er ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Wir behalten uns die freie Entscheidung über die Annahme dieses Angebots vor.
Internet-Bestellungen werden dem Besteller in jedem Fall schriftlich (email) bestätigt. Stellt sich im Rahmen der Bestellabwicklung heraus, dass bestellte Waren nicht verfügbar sind, behalten wir uns den Rücktritt vom Vertrag vor. Wir werden den Kunden unverzüglich über die Nichtverfügbarkeit informieren.
Die im Onlinekatalog des Antiquariats angebotenen Bücher sind, wenn nicht anders vermerkt, vollständig und dem Alter entsprechend gut erhalten. Auf kleinere Mängel wird nicht in jedem Fall besonders hingewiesen, diese sind jedoch stets im Preis berücksichtigt.

Ihrer Bestellung werden in der Reihenfolge des Eingangs bearbeitet.
